He studied Biology at the University of Lisbon and completed a PhD in Neurobiology at the University of California, San Diego, followed by post-doctoral research at the Champalimaud Foundation.
Alongside his scientific work, Francisco developed long-standing practices in martial arts and yoga, which shaped his interest in personal development and mind-body awareness.
Today, he combines neuroscience, mindfulness, and practical tools to help organisations reduce stress, build resilience, and improve collaboration.
